+1 Katana Evolution How to Get Wins
Win pads after clears, why RELEASE dumps 10K Wins, and when to buy blades instead of skipping a stage.
Wins are the spend currency in +1 Katana Evolution. Damage is how hard you hit. Level is how the purple evolve bar counts. Wins are what Store charges for click upgrades and katanas. You get them from GET +1 WIN pads after a stage clear, and you can get a giant pile from the RELEASE code. This page is how pads work, why a 10K dump exists, and when buying a blade is smarter than skipping a map you cannot hold. If you have not taken a single pad yet, finish Getting Started first.
Win pads are the loop, not a bonus
A stage is not finished when the last enemy falls. Look for the GET +1 WIN pad and step on it. That is the conversion from combat into Store power. Teleporting out before the pad is how you donate a clear to the void. The Stages Walkthrough is the map-by-map version of this rule: Stage 1 rookies, Stage 2 at ~300 damage, Stage 3 at ~5,000, Stage 4 as a wipe check, Stage 5 at 30,444 recommended. After each of those clears, pad first.
Pads scale with the fact that you are still in an incremental simulator, not a co-op raid. The other players on a 12-person server do not collect your pad, and you do not collect theirs. If someone is standing on a pad, wait or find yours after your own clear. Circle-strafing helps you live long enough to see the pad spawn; dying on the last squire is the expensive way to learn that.
Auto Click does not step on the pad for you. The in-game toggle keeps swinging. You still walk onto the plate. Watch Ad x2 can double a damage burst so the clear happens; it does not print Wins by itself. The +1 LEVEL / +100K / +1M / +10M HUD buttons are not Win buttons. If a control is ambiguous, check Controls and HUD.
Why RELEASE dumps 10K Wins
September 2026 codes are RELEASE (10K Wins) and COOKED (50K Damage plus 1 Level). RELEASE exists so a new account is not stuck on one-Win-per-clear while learning Store. It is not a license to Teleport to Stage 5. COOKED is the combat gift; RELEASE is the wallet gift. Redeem both from the X/Twitter icon after you join Gatto vs Denis. Exact steps live on how to redeem. Reward sizes and which string is which sit on code rewards and the Codes Hub. Codes are case-sensitive. If RELEASE does nothing, you skipped the group.
A 10K dump feels like skip money. Spending it on a blade whose gate you cannot enter is how the dump disappears. Spending it on click upgrades that make Stage 1 and Stage 2 pads faster is how the dump becomes a farm. The early-game build is the loadout page that assumes you still have this problem. Later, the rebirth build assumes you already know not to light Wins on fire.
Spending: blades versus skipping
Store sells two things you care about: click upgrades and katanas. Click upgrades raise the swing. Katanas change the weapon. You start on bamboo. One Win buys the wooden sword — do that. Fire and purple blades come later and persist through rebirth, which makes them account purchases, not run rentals. Rank them on the katana tier list before you dump RELEASE into a pretty handle.
Skipping a stage means using Teleport (or raw overconfidence) to leave a map whose recommended damage you do not meet. That does not grant extra pads. It grants deaths. Wins do not buy a skip. Wins buy the damage that makes the next pad safe. If Stage 2 wants 300 and you have 80, click upgrades are the spend. If you are sitting on wooden and Stage 3 wants 5,000, then a ranked blade can be the spend. If Stage 5 wants 30,444 and you have 10K Wins with no farm, you still cannot buy a skip — farm Stage 2/3 pads until the HUD number moves.
Passes change the wallet: x2 Wins around 240 Robux, x2 Damage, Starter Pack around 72 Robux, +10 Speed. They are optional. This page assumes you may never buy them. x2 Wins makes every pad and RELEASE juicier; it does not replace the pad walk.
After a rebirth, Wins feel scarce again
Rebirth keeps katanas and does not keep your comfortable pad cadence. That is why a post-reset RELEASE leftover (if you saved any) or a fresh pad streak matters. Do not rebirth to “refresh Wins.” You reset to take ~x2 or ~x5 damage multipliers, as How to Rebirth and the rebirth planner describe. After confirm, Teleport to a map you can hold, pad, then Store. Buying a second copy of a blade you already kept is a waste; buying click upgrades under a kept fire katana is usually correct.
Evolve does not print Wins either. The purple “Next Evolve In X Level” bar is a form change. Do not spend Wins expecting an evolve to refund them. Pets from eggs (Rare ~40%, Epic ~50%, Legendary ~10%, Secret ~0.20%) can raise combat so pads happen faster; they are not a second wallet. Hatch after a pad, not instead of one.
A clean Wins session
- Redeem RELEASE if it is still unclaimed; leave COOKED for the damage side of the same minute.
- Teleport to the highest stage you can circle-clear.
- Clear, then walk onto GET +1 WIN before any other HUD panel.
- Open Store. If the next gate is close, click upgrades. If the katana tier list shows a blade that closes a gate you already survive, buy the blade.
- Do not Teleport into a million-damage map because 10K Wins is a large-looking number. Pad the farm you have.
The Players Hub and the early-game build exist so this spend order has a loadout attached. This page’s job is narrower: pads print Wins, RELEASE is a dump you should not skip-spend, and blades are for gates you can already stand on — never for maps you are trying to wish away.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Where do Wins actually come from?
GET +1 WIN pads after a stage clear, plus promo dumps like RELEASE (10K Wins). Ads and level buttons do not print Wins. Pad first, then Store.
Why does RELEASE give 10K Wins?
It is an onboarding dump so new accounts can buy the wooden sword and click upgrades. It is not skip money for Stage 5. Reward details are on code rewards.
Should I buy a katana or click upgrades with RELEASE?
Buy the wooden sword at one Win, then click upgrades until Stage 2 (~300 damage) is a farm. Use the katana tier list before fire or purple blades.
Can I skip a stage if I have enough Wins?
No. Wins do not disable recommended damage. Teleporting into Stage 5’s 30,444 gate without the HUD number is a wipe. Follow the Stages Walkthrough.
Do I lose Wins when I rebirth?
You lose the comfortable pad cadence. Katanas stay. Rebuild Wins from pads after the reset, and do not rebirth just to “refresh” currency. See How to Rebirth.
What should an early loadout spend Wins on?
Wooden sword, then click upgrades, then the next ranked blade that matches a gate you can already hold. The early-game build is the matching loadout page.
