What the HUD actually shows
When you spawn into a 12-player server you get Store, Rebirth, Teleport, and Inventory as the main action buttons, plus a stats strip for Damage, Speed, and Level/XP. Bottom pads handle +1 LEVEL, +100K, +1M, and +10M purchases. Auto Click can be toggled. Watch Ad can apply an x2 multiplier. None of those controls accept promo codes.
The code UI is the Twitter/X icon in the top-right. Tap or click it. A box labeled ENTER YOUR CODE HERE appears with a Redeem button. That is the only official redeem surface. Typing in chat, in the Store, or on a GET +1 WIN pad does nothing.
Step-by-step on PC
- Open +1 Katana Evolution on Roblox and wait until the HUD finishes loading. If you just installed, skim the getting started guide so you know which buttons are which.
- Join the Gatto vs Denis community (group 129736655) in a browser tab if you have not already. Stay joined. Leaving the group after a successful redeem is your choice; leaving before you press Redeem is why a lot of first attempts fail.
- Return to the experience. If you joined the group while already in a server, hop to a new 12-player server so membership can refresh.
- Click the Twitter/X icon at the top-right.

Step-by-step on mobile
Mobile covers part of the top-right with the Roblox screenshot and chat buttons, so the X icon is easy to miss. Rotate to landscape if the HUD feels cramped. Tap near the upper-right cluster until the code panel opens; do not confuse it with Inventory or Store. The on-screen keyboard can auto-capitalize the first letter and then leave the rest lowercase — that is enough to reject COOKED. Disable auto-correct for the redeem box, type in caps, and tap Redeem once. Double-tapping can queue a second attempt that looks like an error even when the first attempt already paid out.
If the icon is still missing, leave and rejoin. A crowded 12-player server does not hide the button on purpose, but a delayed UI load can. The controls page is worth a look if you are mixing tap and thumbstick and cannot tell Store from the code icon.
Troubleshooting that is not “the code expired”
Not in the group. This is the most common failure. The redeem UI does not always explain it in plain language. Open Roblox, join Gatto vs Denis, wait, then hop servers. You do not need to pay Robux and you do not need a game pass. Starter Pack, x2 Damage, x2 Wins, +10 Speed, and OP Starter Pack are unrelated purchases.
Case. release and Release are not RELEASE. cooked is not COOKED. Type the strings exactly as they appear on the codes hub.
Spaces and hidden characters. Mobile paste from a screenshot can include a trailing space or a newline. Delete the field and type by hand.
Already redeemed. Each code is once per account. A second Redeem on the same string will not pay again. Check Wins and Damage instead of mashing the button.
Expired. No expired codes are listed yet for this game. If a string from a video older than the September 2026 update fails after group + case are correct, it may have been retired without a public graveyard. Check the updates hub and September 2026 notes before you assume a new code exists.
Wrong window. Store, Rebirth, Teleport, Inventory, Hatch Egg, and the Watch Ad prompt will not accept RELEASE. Close them and use the X icon.
Server desync. Rare, but if Damage did not move after a COOKED success toast, rejoin. Progress is per account, so you should not lose a real credit by hopping. You will not lose katanas either; those persist even through rebirth.
After the numbers jump
Do not press Rebirth as a reflex. RELEASE is Wins. Wins buy katanas and click upgrades. One Win unlocks the wooden sword from the starter bamboo katana. Ten thousand Wins is a shopping budget, not a rebirth ticket. COOKED’s 50,000 Damage already clears the Stage 2 (~300) and Stage 3 (~5,000) recommendations and sits above the Stage 5 listing of 30,444 recommended damage. That is a stage skip, not a reason to reset. Spend, evolve if the purple bar is ready, then plan a rebirth with the rebirth planner.
If you came here from a script video, stop. Codes are a built-in HUD feature. Executors are not required and can ban the account. Features like auto swing belong on the scripts hub with a warning attached; they are not part of redeeming RELEASE or COOKED.
